Huawei Unveils 2026 Industry O&M Solutions
Huawei industry O&M solutions include Smart NOS 5.0 and services for government, power and transportation operations.

Huawei has released its 2026 industry O&M solutions at the Industry O&M Session of HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 in Shanghai. The company also launched an initiative to develop the O&M Agent Research Report (2026). Built around the MindOps platform, the new portfolio includes Smart NOS 5.0, Exclusive Government Service 3.0, Power Specific Service 3.0 and Transportation Specific Service 3.0. Leveraging digital twins and the domain-specific model, Huawei has built full-cycle O&M capabilities spanning pre-event, in-process, and post-event stages through human–agent collaboration. The releases are intended to support digital and intelligent O&M transformation across industries.
MindOps Platform Upgrade
Huawei has built full-cycle O&M capabilities spanning pre-event, in-process, and post-event stages through human–agent collaboration. Four enhanced solutions were introduced to help enterprises strengthen business assurance and boost operational efficiency.
Network And Government Services
Smart NOS 5.0 uses risk identification, fault governance, knowledge extraction and service-aware troubleshooting agents. Knowledge extraction and service-aware troubleshooting agents autonomously resolve 80% of deterministic faults, while its financial fault diagnosis operational room cuts incident rates from hidden risks by 50% and improves cross-domain fault demarcation efficiency by 30%.
Exclusive Government Service 3.0 is designed for e-Government cloud environments. Its intelligent resource query and emergency troubleshooting agents are intended to improve resource visibility and fault locating efficiency, while a unified digital resource management platform raises resource usage by 17%.
Power And Transport Operations
Huawei has integrated fault diagnosis and FME Mate agents into MindOps for Power Specific Service 3.0 and Transportation Specific Service 3.0. The power service reduces fault demarcation time from one hour to just 15 minutes, while the transportation service boosts O&M efficiency by 40% through cross-domain fault analysis.
Integrated O&M services also aim to improve the availability and operational efficiency of smart highway systems.
Industry Ecosystem Focus
Huawei will remain committed to its customer-centric approach, working closely with industry customers and partners to continuously innovate ICT O&M services, deepen scenario-specific applications, and build a robust ecosystem that underpins digital and intelligent transformation across all sectors.
