ROKAE Robotics has delivered its 10,000th humanoid force-controlled arm, with the milestone unit leaving its Shandong Province manufacturing base in September. The company’s specialised arm line is separate from its industrial and collaborative robots, which are deployed across more than 40 countries and regions. Five ROKAE Helios wheeled humanoid robots are also operating at Schaeffler’s Lighthouse Factory in Taicang, China. Equipped with AR Series arms, the robots support parts handling, assembly and inspection on an assembly line for humanoid robot components.

Industrial Deployment Milestone

The delivery total marks a commercial milestone for robotic hardware used in embodied AI.

Tuo Hua, Founder and CEO at ROKAE Robotics, said:

“The number itself matters less to us than the trust behind it. There are no shortcuts in force control. Reaching 10,000 units means delivering consistent performance across hardware, control algorithms and manufacturing processes at scale.”

Force Control Technology

Building on more than a decade of force-control technology experience, ROKAE’s AR Series humanoid arms provide force control at every joint for precise interaction with objects and surroundings. Its MAC controller measures 213 × 145.5 × 45 mm and can control seven joints on a single arm, 14 across a pair of arms, or more than 20 across a humanoid robot, depending on configuration.

Expanding Robotics Portfolio

ROKAE’s portfolio also includes HSA Series integrated force-controlled joints, the iNex embodied AI control system and Helios wheeled humanoid robots. The company, founded in 2014, serves more than 1,000 enterprise customers with robotic hardware and control solutions for industrial automation and embodied AI applications.
