BAL has expanded its Denver presence with the addition of corporate immigration attorney Marissa Cwik and her immigration team. Cwik brings more than a decade of experience advising national and multinational employers on workforce immigration solutions. The move strengthens BAL’s capacity to advise employers on immigration compliance and workforce mobility strategies across the Rocky Mountain Region. It also forms part of the firm’s recent national expansion of services and legal talent.

Cwik has advised clients across industries on scalable immigration programmes, workforce mobility matters and immigration strategies aligned with wider business objectives. Her practice is focused on practical counsel for employers managing complex immigration issues and international talent strategy.

Cwik earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and began her legal career with the U.S. Department of Justice. She is admitted to practise in Colorado, Minnesota and Tennessee, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
