MoxiWorks has opened an office in Pune, India, appointing Jyotsna Kher as Managing Director and VP of India Operations. The AI-powered real estate marketing platform said the investment expands its technical talent and infrastructure while supporting its native AI software and customer experience ambitions. Kher will lead the office’s next phase of growth, drawing on experience building and scaling technical organisations. MoxiWorks serves more than 3,000 brokerages and 400,000 agents across North America, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and India.

Pune Investment Expands Capacity

The Pune operation is fully owned and operated by MoxiWorks, with its own leadership team, and is not an outsourcing arrangement. The company remains headquartered in North America, while the new office adds technical capacity and expertise for continued development across its AI platform.

Eric Elfman, CEO at MoxiWorks, said:

“Our new Pune office is about building the capacity to better serve the markets where we operate. This investment brings together the market expertise of our North American and Australian teams with a true technical powerhouse in India, strengthening our ability to deliver more to the real estate professionals who rely on us.”

Leadership For India Operations

Kher joins MoxiWorks after serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Onit India, where she helped scale its India operations. Her appointment places her in charge of bringing together talent for the Pune office and supporting the company’s product development activity.

Jyotsna Kher, Managing Director and VP of India Operations at MoxiWorks, said:

“I've chosen to join MoxiWorks because of their forward-thinking investment in a Global Capability Center in India. Pune has an extraordinary pool of talent, and I'm excited to bring the right people together to help power products like RISE and support the real estate companies and affiliated agents who use MoxiWorks every day.”

Supporting The RISE Platform

The expanded team will support innovation across MoxiWorks’ AI platform, including its flagship product, RISE. MoxiWorks integrates presentations, email, CRM, advertising and marketing into one connected system powered by native AI.
