ProClad Launches Hybrid 2.0 Cookware
ProClad Hybrid 2.0 Pan launches with titanium-reinforced ceramic nonstick, PFAS-free certification and prices starting at $109.

ProClad has launched its Hybrid 2.0 Pan, combining stainless steel searing performance with ceramic nonstick food release. Built by DKK Brands, the range uses a 3-ply clad stainless steel body and proprietary TitaniumShield™ cooking surface. The pan is independently certified PFAS-free by TÜV Rheinland, including PFOA, PFOS and PTFE. Available in 8-, 10- and 12-inch sizes, pans start at $109, while four-piece and six-piece sets cost $239 and $319.
TitaniumShield Cooking Surface
At the centre of the Hybrid 2.0 Pan is TitaniumShield™, a two-layer titanium-reinforced ceramic nonstick system beneath raised stainless steel ridges. The ridges are designed to protect the recessed cooking surface from direct utensil contact, including metal utensils, while supporting food release and cleanup.
Peng Lin, CEO at DKK Brands, said:
“After 26 years of manufacturing cookware, we've learned where pans perform and where they fall short. With ProClad, we had the opportunity to put that experience behind our own brand and rethink hybrid cookware around what actually matters to home cooks: strong searing performance, easy food release, thoughtful durability and a premium product without the premium markup.”
High Heat Performance
The pan’s 3 mm aluminium core is designed for fast, even heating and temperature control across browning, searing, simmering and oven finishing. It is oven safe up to 900°F and has a magnetic stainless steel base for gas, electric and glass cooktops.

New hybrid cookware pairs stainless steel searing with titanium-reinforced ceramic nonstick performance.
ProClad has also fitted fully riveted stainless steel handles, sealed rims and a balanced flat-grip handle designed to improve stability when lifting, tilting, pouring or flipping.
Range And Warranty
The collection launches in Slate, with Cream and Terracotta exterior finishes planned. Lidded options start at $119, while a wok with lid is priced at $159. ProClad backs the range with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and a 100-day satisfaction guarantee.
