MarketDesign Consulting Inc. Director of Partner Marketing Leslie Jemiolo has been named a finalist in CRN’s 2026 Women of the Year Awards, in the Woman of the Year, Solution Provider category. The nomination recognises her decades of channel experience and influence in building partner ecosystems across the technology sector. Jemiolo’s career spans telecom, solution providers and manufacturing. CRN’s award details list the finalists ahead of the winners announcement on December 8 in New York City.

Channel Experience Recognised

Jemiolo has worked across vendor-partner relationships, leading campaigns and client success initiatives for organisations in the sector. Her experience in field marketing and partner development has enabled her to bridge technical implementation and business value, a skill-set described as vital for modern solution providers.

The recognition reflects an approach to leadership centred on empathy, foresight and partner relationships. It also acknowledges her focus on partner marketing programmes that account for the different ways partners operate, serve customers and create value.

Leslie Jemiolo, Director of Partner Marketing at MarketDesign Consulting Inc., said:

“I'm incredibly grateful to be named a finalist for CRN's Woman of the Year – Solution Provider award, especially alongside so many women who are making a meaningful impact across our channel. I've spent my career believing that the best results happen when you put relationships first and give people the right support to turn good ideas into action. The channel has never been more diverse in how partners operate, serve customers, and create value, and I believe our opportunity is to build partner marketing programs that embrace that diversity rather than ask every partner to work the same way. When vendors and partners align around shared goals, remove friction, and make room for the relationships that actually drive this business, everyone has a better opportunity to grow. I'm proud to be part of a community that keeps pushing that work forward.”

Partner Marketing Perspective

Jemiolo’s work has centred on operational excellence and strategic channel dynamics, alongside campaigns and client success initiatives for prominent organisations in the sector. Her latest commentary, From MDF to Market Impact: Building Programs for the Partner You Actually Have, examines the state of partner marketing in the channel.

Awards Announcement Ahead

CRN’s Women of the Year Awards aims to shine a spotlight on women who have made significant contributions to the channel throughout 2026. Jemiolo’s Solution Provider finalist recognition places her among the professionals being acknowledged ahead of the December 8 announcement.
