AARAV Fragrances & Flavors Limited has appointed Mayur Kapse as Chief Operating Officer, Fragrances, based at its Thane headquarters. The appointment strengthens the leadership of AARAV’s fragrances business as the company pursues strategic growth and broader customer partnerships. AARAV serves clients in more than 30 countries and reports a business size of more than ₹350 crore, supported by over 300 employees. Kapse brings more than 18 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, consumer insights, operations and customer service.
Fragrances Leadership Appointment
In the role, Kapse will lead the fragrances division’s commercial and operational growth while building on its established customer relationships. The move forms part of AARAV’s wider investment in research and development, creative capability, manufacturing infrastructure, technology and talent for customers across the FMCG and food and beverage sectors.
