Webull Targets THB 200 Billion AUM in Thailand
Webull Thailand targets THB 200 billion in AUM after acquiring approximately 99.36% of Pi Securities for about US$100 million.

Webull Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has completed its acquisition of Pi Securities Public Company Limited, taking approximately 99.36% ownership for aggregate consideration of about US$100 million. The transaction, approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand, closed on 31 August 2026. Webull Thailand, a subsidiary of Webull Corporation, is targeting combined assets under management of THB 200 billion with Pi Securities. The companies will initially continue operating independently under their respective brands while pursuing a broader investment business in Thailand.
Acquisition Builds Thai Presence
Webull acquired approximately 90.98% of Pi Securities from Country Group Holdings Public Company Limited for about US$90 million, alongside a separate purchase of approximately 8.38% from another shareholder for US$10 million.
Pi Securities brings more than 50 years of experience, a presence in Thai equities and derivatives, and a position among the top five brokers by trading volume on TFEX. Its wealth management, depository receipt issuer and investment advisory capabilities will sit alongside Webull’s investment platform, technology infrastructure and AI capabilities.
Research And Technology Integration
Webull identifies the integration of local research, technology and AI as a central area of alignment between the two businesses. The combined platform is intended to broaden access to overseas-listed companies and global investment themes through Webull’s global network and Pi Securities’ DR capabilities.
Chonladet Khemarattana, Chief Executive Officer at Webull Thailand, said:
“By combining Pi Securities' local research expertise and investment specialists with Webull's technology, data and AI capabilities, we can enhance how investment insights are produced, distributed and consumed — making them more timely, scalable and accessible to Thai investors, while retaining the local expertise and investment judgment behind the research,”
Wealth Management Ambitions
The acquisition creates scope for Webull to expand in wealth management by combining its regional network and technology with Pi Securities’ specialist teams. The proposed offering includes personalised investment solutions, insights, cross-border networking and business-matching opportunities across Asia Pacific.

Webull Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
For high-net-worth clients, Webull points to its Webull Prime programme, launched in 2025, and its partnership with Gaysorn Village. For the mass-affluent segment, the company plans to partner with a bank in Thailand to expand access to global investment opportunities through a banking ecosystem. An upcoming TrueMoney Mini App is also intended to extend Webull’s technology to a broader retail audience.
A Broader Investment Ecosystem
Webull plans to invest in technology development, product expansion, and its research, investment consultant, wealth management and specialist teams as it develops the combined business. The THB 200 billion AUM target reflects the scale of its ambitions in Thailand and confidence in the two firms’ complementary capabilities.
By maintaining uninterrupted service under both brands during the initial phase, Webull Thailand and Pi Securities aim to build a comprehensive investment ecosystem while enhancing the digital investment experience for Thai investors.
